Two Major Former WWE Stars Free To Join TNA
Ken Anderson's non-compete clause with World Wrestling Entertainment expired today, thus meaning he is free to negotiate with any wrestling company.
"Something about midnight tonight...can't quite put my finger on it." Anderson wrote yesterday on his Twitter account.

Likewise, Eddie Fatu's (professionally known as "Umaga" in WWE) non-compete clause with WWE expired this past week as well. Fatu was released from his WWE contract on June 8, 2009 after violating the company's drug testing policy a second time and his subsequent refusal to enter a rehabilitation center.

Several photos of current TNA stars Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin smoking marijuana at a college party recently have surfaced online. Anyone think TNA will take action? I'd almost guarantee you that's a no.

Wardrobe Malfunction On ECW Last Night,WWE Superstars Joke About The ECW Wardrobe Malfunction
Enhancement worker Rory Fargo suffered a wardrobe malfunction during last night's edition of ECW as his genitals were exposed towards the conclusion of his squash match loss to Zack Ryder. Apparently, Ryder yanked Fargo's trunks down while shoving him into the corner turnbuckle to set up his finisher. Considering ECW was pre-taped earlier in the evening, WWE's production staff were able to switch the camera angle in time for the broadcast on Syfy.

As reported earlier, there was a wardrobe malfunction at Tuesday night's ECW on SyFy tapings during Zach Ryder's squash match victory over indy wrestler Rory Fargo. Ryder pulled the front of Fargo's shorts down while throwing him into the corner, giving the fans in attendance an eyeful to say the least. Luckily for WWE, the show was taped and there was enough time to edit the match and cut to a camera angle that did not show Fargo's exposed parts.
However, word got out about the malfunction and several WWE superstars commented on it on Twitter. Zach Ryder, Hurricane Helms and Chris Jericho all took turns making tongue-in-cheek remarks about the situation.

Zack Ryder said, "My opponent was being a little y in the ring with me tonight." He later added, "He tried his hardest...he was going BALLS to wall...but he couldn't stop Mr. Woo Woo Woo."

Hurricane Helms responded to Ryder's comments, saying "I mean you did tear a guy's pants off last night! Just sayin!" He later added, "I mean seriously, that match was just NUTS!", "How come nobody told me Balls Mahoney came back to ECW??", "Big Johnson and Naked Mideon are both suing for gimmick infringement!" and "He definitely got some 'exposure.' Maybe he can turn it into a gimmick!"

On Wednesday morning, Chris Jericho joined in on the fun, writing, "Zack Ryder's opponent last night needs to stiffen up and be less genitle in the ring."

Poor guy is gonna be known as the Janet Jackson of pro wrestling now,but I'm glad to see that WWE superstars can come together to humiliate the jobbers

Where's Mickie James?
-- It would appear that WWE Divas Champion Mickie James headed home mid-tour as she did not appear at Sunday's Raw brand live show in Madison, Wisconsin after competing the two previous nights in St. Paul, Minnesota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She was also not used during Monday's Raw taping in Chicago.

Yeah okay Chyna popped a fun bag back in her day but c'mon!!I highly doubt someone "who's known" Mickie James for ten years would e-mail that to anyone.Whatever the issue is I hope the best for her

Title Match Scratched From Breaking Point
-- The WWE website has removed John Morrison's scheduled Intercontinental title defense against Dolph Ziggler from the Breaking Point pay-per-view line-up.

Jim Ross wrote in his latest blog that the match has been moved to a time To Be Determined.

"It looks as if the pending John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler IC Title bout will take place after Sunday's PPV at some point TBD," Ross wrote. "I have high expectations for this rivalry and feel that these two men can have a heck of a series going forward."

Details Behind Officials' Last Minute Attempt To Get Jeff Hardy To Stay With WWE

WWE officials attempted to convince Jeff Hardy to stay with the company until the very last minute, but were unsuccessful.

He was offered a big money deal that would allow him to avoid working house shows and only appear at television tapings and pay-per-view events. WWE has never offered a deal like that before, as even Undertaker and Shawn Michaels still work house shows, though both will be doing less than in the past.

Company officials were also looking to sign Hardy to a merchandise contract that would permit WWE to continue to create additional merchandise and cash in on his popularity during his hiatus. This would also allow WWE to prevent him from going elsewhere since he's contractually free to negotiate with whomever he chooses.

Hardy has been receiving several large money offers to wrestle on the independent circuit, but has given no indication he'll wrestle outside a WWE ring. The feeling is that if he was going to wrestle, he will do so in WWE. He will, however, be making a few personal appearances.

Currently, Hardy is concentrating on trying to get his reality television show off the ground.

Angelina Love To Attend Raw Next Monday?
-- One TNA source said Lauren "Angel" Willlams' (professionally known as "Angelina Love") contract was about to expire and there was internal fear because she had not signed a new deal that she would attempt to negotiate with her former employer, World Wrestling Entertainment. With that being said, WWE sources believe she will be backstage at this Monday's Raw taping when it emanates in her native Toronto. However, she won't be there looking for work, but rather, just to be there.

Regarding Williams' visa situation, there doesn't appear to be anything new on that front, although the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer corroborated our story over the weekend saying TNA hastily terminated her contract once they realized the amount of trouble they could possibly face due to employing an llegal immigrant for two years without proper working papers. The Observer also noted that TNA never applied for a working visa for Williams.

Regarding Williams being subject to possible deportation, banned from entering the United States for ten years, and having to pay back any money she garnered by working as an illegal immigrant in the United States, it is very much a possibility if the government "wants to stick it to her," but it is unlikely to occur.
